It’s time to choose an MVP for your location, and we want your input!

The MVP will be selected based on a majority vote from your entire team (50%) and leadership input (50%). Remember, this person can be your manager, business developer, crew chief, helper, project manager, customer experience representative, dispatcher, mechanic, etc.

The MVP should truly be the person you consider the most valuable player in your location. They should inspire you to be a better version of yourself and positively impact the entire team. When we give this award, we are telling everyone in the company that this is the kind of person we all strive to be like.

Also, keep in mind that the person you nominate should exemplify our core values: Integrity, Service Excellence, Quality Representation, and Passion.
