For a limited time, we are offering employees select Covered S Beef packages at cost. Make your selections below, and we will get in touch about pick up at the Rock Ranch in Lubbock or shipping to your location. Note shipping costs are additional.

Orders will be deducted from your paycheck.

Tri tip- 1 per package

Chuck Roast- 1 cut per package

Arm Roast- 1 cut per package

Picanha- 1 cut per package

Brisket- 1 cut per package

Ribeye- 2 cuts per package about 1.5lb

Fajita- 1 cut per package

Chicken fry- 4 cuts per package about 1.25lb

NY Strip- 2 cuts per package about 1.25lb

Filet- 2 cuts per package about .75lb

Top Round- 2 cuts per package about 1.5lb

Sirloin- 1 cut per package

Boneless short ribs- 5-8 Ribs per package

Stew meat- 1 cut per package

Ground Beef- 1-1.5 lbs per package
